| Confidentiality: | All information revealed or discussed during appointments attended by the interpreters from Professional Interpreting are assumed private and confidential. |
| Costs: | Current hourly rates depend on the language and specialization of the interpreter. Additional costs include mileage and parking. Outside the Minneapolis/St. Paul metropolitan area additional charges may apply for travel time, meals and lodging. |
| Minimum: | A two-hour minimum applies for all on-site interpreting services. |
| Cancellation & Rescheduling: | Appointments canceled within one business day of the scheduled time will be charged the full minimum fee. |
